Before you begin to place an order you should always get together any engraving you want to put on your items. You should always get the correct spelling of a person's name and correct title. Always know the correct date of an event and correct dollar amount for sales awards. This can save you a lot of time plus avoid any chance of you entering the wrong information when ordering.

     What you need to know:

1. Correct spelling of persons name
2. Correct title of person and abbreviations (credentials) after a persons name
        Ex. Dr. William Ross, M.D., MBA
3. Correct date of an event, years of service, and correct quarter for quarterly awards, etc.
4. Correct dollar amounts for sales figures

     **tips to remember - on most awards you should include:

1. who is receiving the award (the recipient)
2. who is giving the award
3. why is the person receiving the award
4. the date or year of the event or achievement

Yes, you can make changes on your order, but sometimes we begin work on your order as soon as we receive it, regardless of the due date. If any work has been done on your order you may incur a charge to make changes.

Call us immediately at 713-464-1122 to let us know that you need to make a change so that we stop all work on your order pending changes. Changes must be received by fax or email.
No phone changes will be accepted for engraved items. Please note that by stopping your order in production, the date that your order will be ready to ship or pickup can sometimes change. Always try to double check your order before you place it to avoid any extra charges.

Don't worry if you have an event date because Monarch Trophy & Awards will do everything we can to make sure that you receive your order when you need it.

Our normal turn-around time is 5-7 working days. For large quantity orders, more time will be needed.

Yes. However, it depends on the item and the type of lettering being done.

Yes. We can print logos in color and black and white. Color logos require a printed copy so we can match the color or PMS color identification.

Probably, This depends on what the final product is. We can sublimate onto metals and etch into glass and acrylic. Each case is unique some come in and talk to us.

Absolutely! We are prepared to manufacture unique, custom awards for you event. Understand that there are design, prototype and manufacturing charges that may apply. Please allow adequate time for custom designs.

If your order is wrong when you get it, we will do everything possible to have it corrected in time for your event. If the error is the responsibility of Monarch, we will correct your order and send it out as soon as possible and make every effort to meet your event date at no charge to you. If the error is the responsibility of the customer, we will correct it for a redo fee plus shipping costs.

No. We are open Monday thru Friday, special accommodations can be made if we know in advance.
